LANTERN RELEASING

We release lantern to wash away the bad lucks and welcoming the good things in life. It does not have to be Buddhism holiday or any special Thai holiday. Hence, how cool it would be to include your Thailand’s experience with this activity…..lit the lantern in a moonlight night at our peaceful riverside garden.

MERIT MAKING

A merit can be made regularly without waiting for special Buddhism holiday. Simply walk to the morning local market to buy live fishes that are waiting to be slaughtered and release it later in the river. Spare their lives before being cooked in someone’s soup. Another option, there are monks walking by the hotel every day at 6.30-7.00am; we can arrange a small food package to be offered to the monk. Their blessing will be given afterwards, such a good way to start your day.

BBQ PARTY

The guest has 2 options for a fun BBQ party night; self-arranged VS hotel arranged. When the local market is in 10 minutes walking distance, the guest can go select the ingredient that they would like to eat and prepare it in your own way. We will prepare a BBQ stove and necessity eateries ready for you. No extra charge applied in this case. Another way around, we can also prepare the ingredient for you. Charge is 500THB/10sticks (mix of chicken and pork).

COMMON KITCHEN FACILITY

Shuttle bus/boat to the city

The bus can drop you anywhere within the city at 10.00am and 5.00pm on a daily basis.
The boat will start cruising at 5.00pm every other day from the hotel down to Nawarat bridge (the main bridge very close to the center, with only 5minutes walk to the Night Bazaar and other famous restaurants – i.e. Riverside Pub & Restaurant, Goodview, Deck1, The Gallery, Viang Jum On Tea House , 10minutes walk to the City center, or 15minutes walk to Chaimongkol Temple – one of the oldest community monasteries in Chiang Mai). The boat would bring you to explore the way of life of the local people along the river.
Outside the shuttle schedule time, we can arrange a local taxi to take the guest to anywhere upon request.

Train station/ Airport Transfer

The hotel is able to arrange a transfer from the airport/train station/other accommodation in the city. Service is complimentary for guest when booked directly with the hotel. If book through online agents, extra cost will be applied.

Car & Motorbike rental service

Car and motorbike hire for self-driving to explore the beautiful surrounding; or car hire with professional drivers can be arranged. Enquiries and reservation can be made through e-mail or at the reception desk upon arrival.

On-site parking can be arranged with advance notice.

Bicycle, Canoe, Fishing

Bikes are available for the guest to go visit the local market and villages nearby. Kayaking in the river is also possible with life vest. Fishing rods are also available on site for the guest who would like to catch freshwater fish ;)
